Okay so i was playing around with the carbs the other night and i noticed that i have a small pin hole in one of my rubber diaphragms and 2 pin holes in the other rubber diaphragm. I also noticed that one slide is sticking a bit, when i push it up it comes down a little bit then stops for a milisecond and then starts again, where as the other slide comes down smooth. My bike runs quite well at the moment but i was wondering whether this could cause a problem. Thanks Dan.

Change both diaphragms and pull the slide guides and inspect them. Some people use 2 stroke oil to lube the guides.

I can't find any cheaper aftermarket ones so Suzuki is the best choice. The part number is 482459-001 and bike bandit website has them for $23.27.Check your local Suzuki shop first.Sometimes they have them for a price that will beat shipping cost. Most places online are gonna charge a minimum of $7 shipping on small items.

Errr........you can get them in the uk. NRP carbs list them for £26 each.....about a tenner less than the dealers charge.

should do the same job as the suzuki dealers ones , just a bit cheaper. Or would you stick to oem parts?

Stick to OEM if the price difference isn't much.
