the bad.... the frame is a NON REPAIRABLE CERTIFICATE(NO TITLE, BUT BILL-O-SALE), light fire

The GOOD..... buy any custom frame and title as a 2012 custom,  The PAPERWORK  is proof you got all the parts(engine/trans...) legally

If anybody is seriously considering a HD custom on the cheap   
whole bike for about the price of the transmission  $2500
