Sprocket Cover Bolts and Battery Box Bolts?

I am replacing the sprockets and chain on my bike(new to me) and I guess the PO didn't take much pride in his work. I only have 3/5 bolts(all three different lengths) for the cover and I know one of the holes has a bolt broken off in it(guess I'll need an easy-out). My question to the GS5 community is if any of you know the size of the bolts? If I can get the sizes for all the bolts I'll run down to fastenal and get all new ones.

Also they did not have any bolts holding down the battery box. It seems like the bolts that hold the rear plastics on are the same size. M6-1.0 can any one confirm that is correct?
