"F" tank in the UK. However, based on the price and shipping, it is about $200 to the US.
REALLY CHEAP GOOD TANK!

adidasguy ..please stop finding such good deals :) ...you sicken me.....I have no money...yet I have to see half of everything ive wanted to buy for really cheap....oh it hurts....

P.S. nice job... Some pretty awsome deals...I happened to just pick up some clubman bars for 15$ I was going to spend 130$ on 3 piece woodcraft clips..

Belly pan.Looks really nice. Seller doesn't have mounting brackets (why to people remove parts and not keep the brackets with it?) but they are easy to make.
NOT OEM - but looks really nice.

Bikeless and Broke at the moment...

hmm that shim kit... hey Adidas, do you want/need a kit? i could pitch in on that and procure other nice things in exchange...no joke; I think i could use a valve check anyway, and for the price of two hours at Aurora suzuki i could become an established member of the bike cave! (with my luck it would be missing the shims i need)

Also i don't know if anyone posted this already but 'new' 89 tank ending soon at under $100 shipped  :o

That shim case is legit. Lid closes tightly and keeps all shims in place. Too bad it looks to have all the larger shims, and hardly none of the ones usable on the gs. I think adidas picked up a green one already. It'd be a good buy if you can talk him down from that crazy price. I got mine for $65 shipped on ebay w/ 80+ shims in it. Here's my on post with a few photos

Yeah...a new K&L Shim Kit that's complete I think is the same price.

I'm lucky cause my dealer does an even swap.  I give them 2.70s and they give me what I need...all for NOTHING but the price of gas to Fairfield.

I have a HUGE stack of crazy big shims. My dealer sucks and doesn't swap shims, at all. I'd be down to send you a stack of big ones to trade for usable ones. I'll make it worth yer while and give you a few extras for your use. PM me if you're willing to work something out

I love Chinese el-cheapo crap. You're gonna love light aluminum bars. Buy powdered milk now to fill them up.
Love to challenge them to a stress test. Put in a vice. Hit end with average hammer. I bet they bend! Steel bars? Those farklers I can't bend or straighten bent ones without a drop forge. One OEM steel tube = weight of a gross of Chinese aluminum bars.

Planning on packing quickrete powder in them. Any reason I should powder milk instead?

I think the consensus on this board is powdered milk. Some use olive oil, but it can leak out. BB's can be cool - if not packed tight they can vibrate and make noise like one of those 70's swoosh swoosh thingies used in funky hippie bands.
I would think buddha would advise you on this but he hasn't posted much at all lately. He logs on, but he no post-eee. It works better if he posts. He has special design.

I see. Powder milk IS finer, so It probably packs better. I just have a back of quickrete here I will never use for anything. I can swing a couple bucks on powdered milk though. I wanted to find steel bars, but all the replacements I found were aluminum so I gave up, found the ones on sale, and figured what the hell, If they are complete garbage I'm not out much.

I wouldn't worry too much about vibes. I ran a set of lightweight woodcraft bars in oem 89 clip-ons for a few thousand miles. Even cut them shorter and opened the ends up for bar end mirrors. I didn't get as much vibes as people seem to say the little gs creates. You should be ok as long as you're not expecting a Cadillac smooth ride :thumb:
