Doing 2 bikes from rival universities would be funny. One in Seattle. The other is on the other side of the state and across the Cascade Mountains. They have an annual rival football game called the "Apple Cup". What a site if 2 GS's with opposing team colors were parked together at the UW campus on game day. The plain red fairing would be easy to have an artist put on the eastern university's logo. They use red with white.

Though the carbs ($13.50) are really gummed up. The sliders do move! So they may be usable if cleaned up.
Turn signals are a 2001-2002 set which means they have the long stalks for the front. These are pretty hard to find.

This belly pan looks just like the belly pan from the super bike store except not complete and no hardware. You add shipping and its just as expensive as a brand new one with all the parts. This is a bad deal in my opinion.

id say go for it. but as others have said, people take these rivalries seriously. wouldnt put anything past anyone. drove a friends mustang painted in UK blue. down cumberland ave, ( on ut orange gamenight) got through unscathed. but damn the hatred lol.
