Fairing in Germany! They are so lucky over there.

Why dont you just buy it and have it shipped to me :dunno_black:
I'm working on it. Ad says only ships to Germany. I'm asking. Maybe Jim K will buy it and ship it. asking him, too. It has a crack and was repainted. Given the rarity and everyone seems to love the "E" fairing over the "F", I might as well get another one. If you want it, come here or I can deliver one if bribed a little.

I prefer the F fairing but I am thinking of repainting mine an even darker blue than that German one.
Wherever you may be, there you are.

Cheap too, I would definetly be interested in this kind of fairing. I think looks a lot cooler than the F, I like the sleekness. Kind of like the older ninja 250s?

Seems some Germans are like our members: they like naked bikes. I saw a Five Stars fairing on ebay but only available to Germany. I asked and he said if I buy it, he will ship it to me. In conversations, he said it was his son's bike and his son didn't like the fairing.  Even Germans like to go naked and over here we work hard to get the TCP/Five-Stars fairings.
his one needs painting and will probably go to BrianRC since he wanted one.

A whole pile of NOS SUZUKI parks. Many GS500 parts in there.
I saw intake manifolds, set of 89 bars, other assorted stuff.

Ohhhh damn! That's a huge hual adidas, and its in maryland! Who wants to pitch in??

Warning - Moped rambling below;
Finally after 2 years searching, I have located a 2 speed garelli engine!!! They are getting harder and harder to find, usually only see them thrashed and missing crucial parts. This one is only dirty, and sold as a running engine. Only missing a side cover(and i have spares)

if yer binders ain't squeakin, you ain't tweakin!

Someone local would be necessary to eliminate shipping. Then list all the stuff on ebay and keep any GS500 parts for us. I know it is worth more than the starting bid. I only looked up parts with "01D" in them. many parts that are Suzuki generic do not have the model designator in it. Probably lots of rare parts.

Who wants to handle the selling of parts? I'd contribute.

I have that parts cross reference program a guy in Canada was selling. It cross reverences everything by part number through 2000.

I have been too cheap at sending out green and red gauge caps.
a set of 4 (red, 2 green and a blue) sold on ebay for $26.55

adidasguy

That haul of parts is back on with bids starting at $1!
Its up to $71 now. I'm willing to go in on it. A couple hundred with be a steal! There's more than that in GS500 parts alone.

Been cleaning up the bike cave tonight. I found a couple boxes full of parts: turn signals, side covers, stators, gauges, brakes, levers, coils, etc. that I didn't know I had. I have no idea where all these parts came from. Maybe I don't need to buy all those parts?

I emailed him and he said his reserve was at $1000 but that if it goes close to might sell to the highest bidder
