Am looking for any advice concerning changeing timing chain with out a master link. i am expecting one shortly and am touching up on anything that i need to know/make it easier. thanks for any help.
Going fast in a straight line is easy, how fast you go in corners shows how good you really are.

You mean a continuous chain? If it doesn't have any kind of master link, you'll need to split the cases to get it over the end of the crank. What kind of info are you looking for?

is there a easy way of splitting the engine without haveing to undo and pull everything out. iknow clutch and rotor have to come off and gear fork but can i get away with leaving rest in or is there more that has to come out. i have manual and it a pretty detailed dismantle in that, however i'd rather not have to pull of it out. i don't have shed to work in have to do it under carport so longer engine in peices more chance of something going wrong.
