Throttle Handle

Can someone show me some pics and explain how the throttle handle works?

Is there a throttle tubethat fits over top the handle bars?

I just don't understand how it works and looked all over

You mean the throttle tube? That's what the right grip is on. The tube runs into the right hand control and has a collar that the throttle cable fits in to.
