Help me figure out the year on this "ZX6"

I can't find anything conclusive, Wiki says the actual ZX6 wasn't introduced til like 96. But the seller is also selling a 1992 "ZX6" He's selling the one pictured for dirt cheap cause it has no title but I can get one.
I've decided 5 bikes isn't enough so I need another

Sounds like he doesn't really want to sell it then if he's not willing to take a moment to check.  Kawi started using the "ZX6" designation in 1990.  The color scheme is very mid-90's, I'd have to see the headlights to guess at a year.

I wouldn't bother with him. No title and he can't be stuffed to look at a number on the frame.

you can find the ZX6s(non-zx6R) for pretty cheap. I always see them on craigslist, get excited to open it and find out that's what it is. In S.A.T. terms, zx6 is to Katana what zx6r/ninja is to gsxr.

Hey, it has been a while, I was brought back by the new of Madjak's crask. No more Buell, I sold it back in August, thought about using the money to replace it with something else but then I spent it all haha, so it's just me and the yz426 sumo, but I'm ok with that!

A friend of mine had a 93 (When I had my CBR 600 F2) in the black and teal.... it was the ZX11's baby brother (style wise). Only thing "bad" I remember is they had a recall on the swingarms (bad weld)- but that was only for 1993 I believe.   

It was a little better than a Katana to GSXR difference. The Ninja 600 was more of your Katana equivalent.. (1985-1997 a,b,c versions).

How much did/does he want for it with no title?  What color is the  92 (likely the production date and it's a 93..)

And he finally told me the year, it's a 95 and he wants 300 for it.

I had a 93 in the Red White and Blue.  Stolen 13 months after I bought it... (I LOVED that bike..). Got a ZX11 after that one....

$300 for a non titled bike.... was it titled to him?  Go low...
