Also, if anyone has an extra valve shim tool, set of metric feeler guages and surplus valve shims let me know (i'd rather buy from you guys than some big box store).

All GS500 clutch levers are the same except the first year they were black anodized.
How many do you need?
Do you want good ones or ones that are pre-bent so you won't feel bad if your bike falls over 'cause the lever is already bent?
(ad ad for a bike in Seattle said it was pre-scratched so you wouldn't feel bad if you knocked over your new bike  :laugh: )

You guessed it addy, thing is bent pretty badly. I need a good one (just one), i'll keep my bent one for an emergency.

I thought the 04-09 ones were different because of that little cavity on the underside for the clutch switch.

The cavity went deeper in 1997 when they changed the clutch switch to a different type. New levers will work on older bikes.
Probably can go in a $2 envelope so $6 shipped?
