I'd have to look at mine but it seems like there should be another set of wires as well, unless the second one grounds to the outer ring where it's bolted on.

Edit: How much did you pay for this thing anyway? How the bastard even runs without that is an f'ing miracle to me.

did you miss my rant? im sorry. $2,000 Had no idea, still have PO's address too.. :)

What leads you to believe it's off? This thread started off as you complaining about being mistaken for a woman. What do you expect?  :dunno_black:

Edit: Did you take the cam shafts apart or something? BaltimoreGS has a video explaining how to properly align the cam shafts on the chain.

Hahaha, I didn't say it was off. I took the cams out tho. I was told to reset the timing or something in order to put the cams/chain and shaZam! back in so it works correctly?

As I said...you need to watch BaltimoreGS' video.

You also need to buy yourself a shop manual if you haven't already. ALL of this information is available in there.

dont let these people put you wrong ,that is a late model ignition system one coil only .The first line after RT must line up with the center of the coil then your cams should be in the right place...THE NOTCH INTHE CAMS MUST FACE INWARDS OR TOWARDS EACH OTHER

I did correct the mistake. Check my other posts.

Just assumed it had a similar pickup to the older GS...then I checked, and found out I was wrong.  :thumb:

I was waiting to see how long before someone figured out why there was a pick up missing      Jack had already covered this question 5 days ago when he posted the pic below in a thread on checking valve clearances.
