Long story short, a buddy of mine offered to do an oil change for me and didn't put enough oil in it.  After tearing apart the header and seeing nothing wrong, I assumed it was the lower end and I lack the tools to break it open.  I'm getting a '81 CB750 from a friend for next to nothing so I've decided to give up on this bike

I'm parting everything out.  Engine is bad, and the cheap aftermarket exhaust was installed bad by PO, however everything else is in good condition.  I'm located in a suburb of Detroit and am willing to take any offers.  I have a clean title and all that other good stuff as well.

PM me if you have questions or offers.  If you need pictures or anything just ask.

I am interested in headlight and mounts along with the fork mounts! What your price?

maddoc6974

$50 plus shipping?

Also, if anyone is interested in the forks themselves, the springs/fluid were replaced with some race tech .8's by my local dealer last summer.

fordhamr

Would you do $50 shipped? Should only cost $10 in a flat rate box. Gives you $40 for it all. I'll pay today!

I'll do $55 shipped, just let me double check that the flat rate box that fits it isnt too expensive.

And the bike is located in Novi, MI 48375.

Should find in that no problem. So Ill do $60.00 say yes and I will pay right now if you send out tomorrow.

Thanks!

Use Parcel Post with insurance. It's a hell of a lot cheaper than flat-rate. It'll take a bit longer to get there but so what?

To put it in perspective, I shipped a huge box that weighed like 10lbs, and a completely flat box (had a gasket in it), to Adidasguy via Parcel Post. I insured the box for $100 and the entire cost of shipping BOTH items was only a little over $15 and I got delivery confirmation too.

No reason why you would use Priority unless it was time sensitive.

^^ I like the advice you have to offer....Ill have to use this for myself in the future.  :thumb:

I am going to totally disagree with you on this. I ship large clunky turbos all the time as I rebuild and modify them. USPS priority is awesome and the only way to go when you use the Flat Rate bozes.

A good example is I had T3T4 turbo that I shipped in state the other day. It was 3.5 hour trip from here and with flat rate I got it boxed, tracking, and shipped for $12.50. Had I used priority without the flat rate box it would have been $21 and Parcel Post would have been $14.50.

Also the Flat Rate boxes are AWESOME for shipping over sees. I shipped a turbo to France and it cost a total of $28 with tracking info.

Hi, I am interested in a few parts:

The 4" cover and screws from the right side of the engine that says suzuki (not sure what its called, its similar to the crank case cover, timing adjustment cover maybe?), the choke cable from the handlebars to the engine, and the left handlebar switch panel for turn signals. Price shipped to 77340.

Thank You
