The only extra I would want would be the cover. The rest I have.  :cookoo:

And the VH exhaust is looking pretty old. And new tires are $200. And I'm going to bet it needs new brake lines. Nada value for this is $535 in good condition. I guess $600 might be a little low though..

Starter motor is easy to replace as long as it isn't the starter gears & clutch. Could be just the starter relay or broken clutch switch (both of which would prevent it from starting). If motor spins then more serious. If starter motor does not spin - don't let on if you notice it is just the clutch switch. If clutch switch OK, you will hear the starter relay click. if no click - probably easy fix of either switch, relay or maybe even the starter button.

I like that color. If the tank is decent and relatively rust free, I might swap for it as I have the tails and belly pan that match along with a custom painted Gimbel solo seat with the same red and silver lines.

$750 would seem about right. Lots of the plastic bits are really sun faded.

So, i just found a gsxr600 here for $2500, and a very nice looking one at that. This seems ridiculously cheap, i wish i had the cash to spare.

That thing probably wasn't even $3750 brand new

Neat for a collection, but when there is newer stuff for the same price that is 150lbs lighter that doesn't have peanut butter cams you would have to be a collector to buy it.

:technical: And don't even try to find parts for it...

"complete bike started a cafe racer project last year and lost interest in it lots of custom fabrication very little left to complete clean title with good running drive train"

http://roanoke.craigslist.org/mcy/2975138868.html

this is tempting, have always wanted a little cafe project. $550 for a clean titled running cafe project. should i go save it??

Why the quick 'no'?

I know its not a suzuki.. but $550 for a titled running cafe project sounds better than my other cafe build options

Just got a text back, it has ~12k on it, no too bad, might have to pick it up if its around with the DRZ's finished

Its not on craigslist but I know someone with a 97 CBR600F3 with some crazy low mileage (like 3800) for $1500 in the Charlottesville, VA area. Told them I'd post it here so don't hate me.
Friendly fire, isn't. But it's the most accurate. Semper Fi

steezin_and_wheezin

now THATS something i could sink my teeth into.. hope i stumbled onto a beauty like that once the play cash bounces back
