I've done it all. Everything. Honda petcock, jets, float level, many different fuel filters. NADA!

I put 100 psi compressed air into the upper carb vent tube and let it rip.

Fuel everywhere. Bubbles in filter.

Now? A long, spirited ride and...Perfect.
