Hi everyone! I just came to an end of a project that I have been working on throughout the past 2 weeks.  I took all the plastics off(btw I have the F version) and put on a Acrebis Cyclops Headlight and new turn signals.  Right when I finished wiring everything up I hurry up and turned on the bike, I went to start it... let it turn over a few times, then realized i forgot to turn the gas on.  Once I turned the gas on I got it going with the choke on.  The bike was warming up at 4000 RPMs, then after about 20 seconds it dropped to 1500 RPMs where it stayed for about another 5 seconds then died.  I put more fuel in the tank thinking it might have been low, then turned the key. Nothing. No electrical power.  I then let it charge and tried again. still NOTHING.  What could be wrong? I'm thinking that the turn signal ground wires might have touched the positive wires, but what would that do? I dont know much about electrical stuff at all, but my dad has been helping

If the turn signals shorted, the fuse may be blown. It's the one under the rubber boot. The one you can see is the spare!
