Fuse keeps blowing

So I'm trying to install a new Acrebis Cyclops headlight and two new front turn signals. If I have just the headlight or just the turn signals plugged in they work fine, but when I plug it all in, the fuse blows.  I'm guessing that together they are overloading the circuit. What can I do to fix this? Or is that even the problem?

Try plugging in the old headlight and seeing if it works.

If it works with old headlight...new headlight is drawing too much amperage and blowing the fuse.

VERY HARD to overload a 20 amp fuse. My guess is when you connect it all, you are shorting things out. Re-check your wiring CAREFULLY.

Thanks a lot for the help! I actually just got the bike running today and kinda sorta figured the problem. From the bike there's two brown wires and one black/white(ground) wire going to the running light.  At first I thought the two browns were both positives so I twisted them together to be plugged into the headlights ground, but after testing them I found that one of the browns is actually a ground wire.... VERY CONFUSING as to why Suzuki decided to use two browns one ground one positive.  If any one has questions about the cyclops headlight let me know and I might be able to help.

You really need to check the wiring diagram. Blindly twisting wires together is not a good idea.
The WIKI has one and you'll find it if you google search. (there is one on my photobucket page)

While reading the wiring diagram is pre-requisite, and Adidas' advice is always good advice, I might have done the same thing.  In fact, there should be no problem connecting two brown wires together in most cases.

Suzuki did not do that.  For some reason, you have an extra wire that is brown!  It is not an original wire!

Unless someone changed a wire, there is only one brown wire. That runs the rear running light and the front running light (if you have one - wire will be there anyway).

Though one of the wires from the pulse generator to the ICU is brown. That doesn't go to the headlight area.

Throughout the bike, ground is black with white.

Bike power on +12 is orange.

Battery +12 is red.

Switched +12 is various colors depending on the switch and what it is going to.
