So,I have a 04 GS500F and am having some problems.
First, if the temperature is below 60 then it has a hard time starting when cold and choke all the way on. I usually have to try a few times and twist the throttle. But once the bike is warmed up or its fairly hot out the bike starts no issues. It also runs get after starting.
Second, today on the highway I was going about 70 and it just started bogging down so I pulled in the clutch and it died. I pulled over and tried starting it and it started right up and didn't do it again.
Last year I pulled the carbs and jets and cleaned them. But this past winter I didn't properly winterize the bike. I did put a half can of seafoam into the tank.
