Hey guys, I'm having a problem:
Bike won't start, tail light won't come on, and the neutral switch diode is getting extremely hot. I pulled the diode, and jumped the green and blue. Still wont start. I jumped the starter relay and it cranked over, but it looks like the plugs aren't sparking. Anyone have any ideas?

Study the wiring diagram.
The dual diode controls the "side stand relay".
That relay will kill the bike if not energized. If the dual diode is hot, probably the coil of that relay is bad. The dual diode may also have been fried.

The way it works: in neutral OR side stand UP and the bike runs. So the side stand relay must be on to have the bike run. Either condition turns on the relay. In other words, if side stand down and in gear --- the bike shuts off (safety feature) because the relay is not energized and the relay contacts are open.

You can short the contacts of the side stand relay and you should run. Ignore the coil for now.

Pull the relay and check the resistance of the coil. Maybe need to replace it.
