Nope, they're leeches. Or... Vampires as in this story of "Vampire World" which circulated the internet many years ago about a society run by politicians vampires who lives off the fruits of other people's labor and who would gradually increase their labour force / more govt workers ranks who also lived off the efforts of non-vampires. Each time they increase their ranks they needed to suck more out of the non vampires. This situation could only be sustained by breeding non vamps faster than vamps were being created - and they created more of themselves quite fast. Blah blah blah.

Years ago I was at church. And as we stood up the lady in front of my had he dress caught right up her crack so I leaned forward and pulled it out. She spun around and slapped me.

The following week she was in front of me again. And again when she stood up her dress was right up her crack. The guy next to me leaned forward and pulled it out, but I knew she didn't like that kind of thing so poked it right back in again... that's when the lights went out.

Nope, not eating. Fat people's bodies are smart enough to know that eating can only be done through the mouth...however, it might be the additional gravitational pull from their ass that causes the shorts to be sucked in (like a black hole).
