Well there's something I didnt expect... I've been compared to an "Apple fanboy".. when only 2 out of 5 of my (working) computers are made by apple, and I only run macos on 1 out of the 5 !

I looked around for a preconfigured box for quite a while, that was more generic x86.
I did not find any that were as capable, in the same price range. (and that included a nicer, full 1080p res monitor along with it)

So I basically just bought the cheapest system with a warrantee, that fit my desired performance levels, and my price range.
That system just happened to be apple hardware. I was quite surprised.

You might as well realize that if you say "I own Apple products" on the internet, people are going do call you names, make fun of you, or at least disagree with you. Jdoorn is actually being pretty nice about it. At least you were not directly called an Apple fanboy or a hipster.

see when i build my computer has warranty as well. althought its on parts versus a unit. no big deal. im actually surprised you were able to get that being the cheapest to boot. that is normally not the case. hd @ 1080 i can settle for that. monitors out there in the cheap range. i have an lcd tv comparable to a pc monitor anyways. ( it was a gimme cant beat it lol. but once i purchase a 54 dollar mainboard for it, ill have my HD monitor
