Motor for Sale: AS-IS or Part out

I have a (almost) complete motor sitting in my garage. It was part of the package deal with bike, a spare "parts" motor. Been sitting in my garage, and I really don't want to let it go to waste.

What it's missing: 1 Side Cover, Suzuki labeled pickup cover and Starter Motor

What's Wrong: No Compression - I believe it's a valve problem. PO said it knocked loud a few times and then died. I pulled the head off to give it a look, but that is as far as I went since my bike is up and running.

I will sell it as is and ship it on a small pallet or....I will part it out.

You guys choose. Tell me what you need, and I will tear it down, shine up the parts and ship ASAP.
