the final product would all be a matter of preference for whoever was doing the mod.

clear, smoked, painted, color-matched, a clown face, etc, etc, whatever. its just an easy way to save some scratch if you do it right :)

Nice work. Does it help with wind buffeting?

As for smoked glass... that's available commercially in different shades of opacity... we used to call it "bronzed." No need to tint (which would be delicate by comparison), just re-bend a new piece using old one as template.

it sure does. for her at least. the angle that she has it at sends the air right over her head, but im a little taller so it blasts me right in the face. im sure i could adjust it to fit my profile, but its her bike, so it will stay however she needs it  :thumb:
