I'm Home! - Already have a problem

Well, good note - I'm back from Iraq, safe and sound.  Time to get back into the swing of things.  But now I have a problem with the poor little unridden gs.  To sum it up, it won't idle without the choke.  It was running fine, then I had my brother install the bob broussard advancer, which is when the problem started.  He put in the stocker, and it didn't fix it.  I'm assuming something to do with the carbs, i.e. buildup from sitting.  But I'm only a novice at this.  Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

Glad to hear your back and ok.  There is a chance I could go there when I'm done with training.

Thanks for the welcomes

What training are you going in for?  Unfortunately, yes, you can probably guess you will be going to SWA when you get to your first unit.  It's not THAT bad right now, but, unfortunately, people are still dying because they fight like cowards.  But, of course, if people had invaded our homeland, we'd be doing the same thing.

Welcome back!

Pull the carbs and clean them. Hopefully everything will work after that.

And,

Thank you.

Welcome back.

Likely due to sitting. Clean the carbs-probably best to take them apart to clean but try Srinath's suggestion first in case that works.
