Carb Diaphragm Out of Shape?

Doing a carb clean while troubleshooting some other issues (dies with exhaust, thought blocked pilot), I popped the tops on the carbs and noticed that the diaphragms look different than I remember.  It's almost like they were blown out of shape??  They are not stiff, and when they were installed, they still slide well.  Can I still use them?

as long as there are no leaks/holes in them and they don't bind the slide operation, use away.

Thanks.  By the time I got back to the bike after posting the pictures, they had 're-gained' their form.  Back in the bike they go!  :thumb:

did you spray them with carb cleaner or anything? Sometimes they will swell when they soak up cleaner or gasoline, even the vapors.

check you float heights and see if they are okay, might be a little out of spec if they were bloated before you started spraying the carbs down.
