Partially correct my friend. a plastic plug thing but not a balance weight nor a weight of any kind. vague as hell clue of the day. a very LARGE industry worldwide doesn't want these things used in any way shape or form. its recipient cannot be minors in any form. its an alternative to a vice a vice being things not known for being good to ones health

Dammit my friend I try to be subtle yet I give the answer. its all you now. it was the plug from a disposable E-cig. misplaced the damn thing earlier when I was getting sick. cant remember. friggin health issues makes memory dodgy sometimes. misplaced it and my zippo. whyt a lighter AND an ecig?, was testdriving the ecig had zippo in pocket. anyhoo it covers the mouthpiece err where the inhalation happens. a 1 use unit ( for the plug. ) or reusable to keep air from pulling thru it.

ok .. scale of 'Mr Pinky' ... 2.5" or just over 60cm ....

look at his feet ... thats a 1/4" or about 5mm square .. goes in about 1/2 " or 11mm roughly ... something does indeed insert into his feet!

Mr Pinky is helpful for kids to learn a 'how to' something ... or possibly clumsy/drunk adults ...
