Still trying?!?!? :D

I thought that "pneumatic brake" would be sufficient.

We can keep going...... no, not for tension.

Hey man, not to be a bad sport or anything... But what kind of answer are you expecting?  Is there a brand name for this thing or do you want us to figure out what machine this gets attached to.  Maybe what products the machine makes or perhaps what type of component the brake is attached to?

It's just... If this is a pneumatic brake and that has been said... Is this one solved?

Sorry, just hoping for clarification :)

Put your air brakes on bro O0 especially when you fly. Riddle me this. :icon_question:

Thanks for asking for clarification!

I was only looking for "brake" so I think pliskin is up!

It's  a pneumatic shafts brake. It belonged to a 30 year old industrial paper laminator that I'm working on modernizing at my internship. I'll update this post with a photo when I get a chance for those that would be interested!

Not a skin/reptilian or algae.
Why are you looking here?

Iarn

Is it some sort of preserved carcass? Is it biological at all or is it inorganic?

pliskin

It is biological but not preserved.

Is it food ? (Sorry, I'm hungry and it's reminding me of freeze-dried bananas like in trail mix LOL)

pliskin

Not a tentacle or dried food but it Greenweenie is on the right track. It is "nautical" in nature.

I thought it died out long ago.
Oh well.

Ok...those are Conch egg casings!
Mostly unhatched, by the look of them.
