Yep. It will fit with no problems. There are lots of those on the UK side. Maybe find a set with non-bent bars

There are always sets one the UK site for cheap. Just never are any over here for cheap.

Those will fit just fine.
All you need is the top plate and the bars. You don't need the triple at all.

Don't worry about that person not shipping to the US. There are plenty that do. That's why I have a surplus of those things, mostly the 89's.
