need some help with my 08 gs500

i just got my bike out of storage and have been riding for a bit it seems that the bike will start and run fine for a bit but as i am riding it will cut out. thinking that i had no gas i went to fill up but i was at half??? i put it to rez and it was runnig fine went a good 32km's and nothing wrong could someone tell me whats wrong with my bike

  also this happend before i put it in storage the carbs were drained and such when the bike was stored the batteri is new i dont know what is wrong ??

I would tend to think low on gas. Are you filling up to the bottom of the fill tube?

Also possible just bad gas. Do you use gas treatment when you store it?
Possible the gas cap vent is dirty.

Go through a tank of gas. Add some gas treatment for ethanol and water in the tank. You might be OK. Like I said, maybe symptoms of bad gas from storage and your bike just needs some loving to be happy.

Try that and report back.
