Grab a hair dryer and heat the sticker peeling back on the sticker as the glue melts..

Works a treat!   :thumb:

Only takes a couple of minutes, then clean of gunk with WD 40

I like to do something similar to this. I use a heat gun to heat up the sticker and then fishing line to slide under it. Always worked like a champ for me .

Will work on car molding, but would be to much of a headache on those little EVIL stickers.

I wrote about my experience removing warning stickers in my projects-topic, a week or two ago.

Also made a Snapguide.

Great little tool to make visual tutorials.

Goof-Off works great for me! Then a nice polish to bring the paint back to gloss.

When I tried the hair-dryer method it took ages, but it did work, still left A LOT of residue. Tried Goof-Off, should've used it from the beginning.

Why would you wanna remove it? Doesn't it give you 5 horsepower?  :bs:

I just took the tank sticker off a couple nights ago. Everyone is going to laugh but...I boiled some hot water and put a towel down around the sticker (which made a puddle sort of) and it peeled right off after about 5 minutes of soaking. I poured the hot water on a couple times as the towel soaked almost all of it up. I hope that made sense.

Makes sence, I never would of thought of that way. Definitely an alternative if wife/gf dose not want her hair dryer being used.
