Wow, just watched this last night too... for the first time... no comment on the Aussie accent, but I think I liked the show... very batman-like for sure, though.

The Aussie accent is a lack of accent. Which is why we are able to pick up other accents so easily.

Try the south African accent...americans make us into Brits, the brits make us into aussies and the aussies make us sound...flip...like I don't know what...like russian,cum germans.

Never heard a good safer accent from a non-saffer EVER. And we're always a villian? What's up with that?! Oh...except for morgan freeman playing mandela...nd then he sounds like he's frikken chinese or something....."?hoo...its a lang walka tu fweeedomb".

What's up with that?! I mean, suffers can do the cockney, jordy, irish, scottish, high english, aussie or american (north, south, new yorkian and everything in between like Louisianaian)...and like eleven of our own indigenous accents...how come no-one can do ours? I mean...come on...it's not that hard...

..... oh sorry ... fill in needed ... last saturday i brought the Husky 359 saw into work from home....last 8 months theres been a dead tree in the car park (thats under the height limit i need a permit to cut down) ... had all my safety gear ready ... fresh fuel mix... looking forward to stress relieving couple hours of wood choppery!!  :icon_twisted: ... compound was empty of cars and work neighbours... want the wood for the new firepit at home.... lovely!!

... pull the choke ... pull the starter cord.. cough sput!! ... pull... cough cough sput! ... pull ... brrrrgh brrrrgh brrrgh      sput! .. smells fuelly .. mutter grumble swear ... remove plug.... clean plug.... check gap ... couple pulls to clear the vapours .. plug in... pull... cough cough sput...

:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: ... think evil thoughts about going to get the lump hammer to 'adjust' the saw.....  :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: ... remove plug... let whole thing sit in the sun open cylinder for half hour in case that does something.... plug back in... pull .. Pull ... PULL ... PULLLLLLLLL ... nothin!!!  :icon_rolleyes: :mad: :icon_rolleyes: :mad:

.... throw hands in air .. practice some 'cultural swearing' ... nearly had first chainsaw in orbit!! ..

.... today ... just for the hell of it.... choke... half assed pull.... starts straight up and purrs like a kitty!! ... well.... a big noisy growly kitty!! ... and of course being a weekday .. carpark is full.... people everywhere ... no chance!!!

.... ive got time this saturday too!! when the carpark will be empty again ... im betting the rotten bastard saw wont start then though!!  :icon_rolleyes: :2guns:
