ok .. let me re-phrase and expand (wasnt sure which bit you are in) .... from border at tweed to gympie and maybe further... out to kingaroy and toowoomba... roughly that 'rectangle' ... the people i know live around the GC and SC .. but they have properties available in quite a range of areas

if you follow the traditional method .. yes probably fringes are the go...

these methods myself and the others use (i should add there are people doing the same deals as i am trying to.. from the same training... all over Australia... over 5000 of them now i have been told) .. are not traditional...

Basic rules are...

#1 You must have regular paid employment (the more $ the better, but there are budgets for everyone)

#2 You usually should have some 'getting started money' .. kind of like a deposit but a lesser value (lots of new buyers save 20k and think lets go!!.. but the banks want more like 30-40 to start... we 'mostly' work on less than 20k.. sometimes less than 10k upfront)

#3 You start this system without a bank... but usually you will be in a position to transfer to normal bank finance within 5 years (depends on the deal .. each is different)

#4 You will have paperwork still prepared by a solicitor and it holds legal status.. so you are protected and seller is protected .. like normal


... about 6 weeks ago one of the brissie people put a buyer into a house near capalaba .. for $597 a week... they will likely transfer to normal bank finance and properly own the house at the end of 2016 (well own part of it as far as the bank is concerned ) .. it cost the buyer 12k upfront .. they pay 397 'rent' per week and most of the extra money gets credited to their 'deposit/equity' numbers when it comes time to go to the bank... (its more or less like going to Harvey Norman and having your home cinema pack now... just paying it off) .. interest is a little higher than bank .. which also encourages buyers to get stuck into it and transfer to bank asap... point is.. they are in 'their home' now.... and not 'nearly there' for the next few years whilst trying to do the circus tricks the banks want!

Just saying his the one who made up a bullshit problem to hate on me. Just saying whenever I put a vlog up on here I know who's online and very soon after a dislike arrives. And just saying every time I upload his online at that time his the only one with a known reason.

I'm guessing if I go back two or three pages I'll find what the problem is... but I'm far too lazy for that...

In fact I'm too lazy to go down and stick the 145 main jets in to see if it's any better than the 150's... too lazy to make some 10mm PVC spacers to add some pre-load to the forks... too lazy to measure my jet needle for some fellas on the GSR...
