Good advice. dont buy nothing court can take or she can take. wait a month or year however it takes. i plan on buying another gs at some point. heck ive had 5. whats one more. i goped until then. you, id say will end up on a gs soon. perhaps before christmas.

Stuck song syndrome annoyed, frustrated, and irritated women significantly more than men. And earworm attacks were more frequent -- and lasted longer -- for musicians and music lovers. Slightly neurotic people also seemed to suffer more.


Kellaris hasn't yet found a cure. Women are more likely to try to get rid of the offending ditties. Men are just as likely to do nothing as to fight their earworms.


What helps? Kellaris doesn't know. But he found that when people battle their earworms, nearly two-thirds of the time they try to use another tune to dislodge the one that's stuck. About half the time people simply try to distract themselves from hearing the stuck song. More than a third of the time people with songs stuck in their heads try talking with someone about it. And 14% of the time, people try to complete the song in their heads in an effort to get it to end.

interesting link Yama! .. ive noticed over time too that some songs or jingles will work... but are country specific .. or region specific .. or age/era you grew up in specific...

daaa daaa dee dah , daa daaa Dee Dah .....

like if i quoted the little jingle contained in the movie scene in Grease .. Brusha brusha brusha , use the new i-pana , brusha brusha brusha , its better for your teee-eeeth ... you'd likely know it from the movie .. and also because it was primarily a US advert anyway ... but Zooky might know it... maybe not if he hasnt seen the movie... so it would be a fairly loose attempt at an earworm for him... but could easy mess you up for a few hours...

like theres an advert that used to run a lot for my area of South Coast NSW, Australia .. for a holiday/caravan park... (and yes by mentioning it its stuck in my head again at the moment) ... real annoying mnemonic tune ... i hated it after a week of ads! .. but for you it would be pointless... and probably for most other Aussies around here too... just not widespread enough!

Budweiser frogs could work! .. for you... for Zooky? .. i dunno his age or the amount he browses overseas jingles... so its a possible fail again...

its all about the delivery of the info .. getting someones mind to consider the possibilities and be curious and hopeful for a resolution!! ..

it might be he was only humouring me with 'admitting' i got him 2 days in a row... which is still cool!  .... i love the earworm game!! ... and will honour/announce all successful attempts against me!!
