Can you slap me in reverse somehow? .... For less silly?  :flipoff:

peteGS

Would that be an un-slap then?

I got nothin' to add... except to say that I keep reading posts on the Kat forum and watching vid's of blokes out on their Kats... man I need a Kat!

Supposed to be concrete laying weekend this weekend but not sure if the weather will permit it...

So it's tomorrow in Aussieland?  :icon_eek:
OK Jester smarty-pants, if it's the same time everyplace in New Jersey, why is it tomorrow where peteGS lives?
Just saying. I think is a damn good question.

Even though Janx is testing out the new MT09 and is being a shaZam! stirring c@%t I still like him enough to do this.

EJ, something about space time continuum and the international date line.

That or Chris Christie's reelection campaign.
Bikeless and Broke at the moment...

Thanks Jester. That actually cleared thing up quite a bit.

Closing thought...
Over the last 3 weeks, I'd say you and I been spending the exact same amount of time on a motorcycle.  :icon_neutral:
I'm reduced to watching the Aussie's videos and making believe i'm riding. <sigh>

Dammit!! .. When will this thing go down??  :icon_twisted: :icon_rolleyes:

... Today I went for a 15 min test on a Yamaha MT09 ...  :icon_eek: :D .. Coulda rode longer but with weather closing in fast I elected to get back into the dealers shed before the tyres with less than 100km on them met the wet bitumen ...

<whack whack whack with a cold spoon!!> .... Anyone ... If you see one of these available for a test ride ... Just try it.... I don't care if you don't buy it... Just try it!!

Still love my trusty GS500 long time! ... But it's like doing surgery with a cold chisel and hammer ... Compared to the laser scalpel of modern tech!! ... Astonishing! :thumb:

slipperymongoose

So what your saying is that riding the mt09 is like the scene from Prometheus where the chick gets the alien cut out of her and your gs is like tom hanks in castaway doing his own dentistry with a couple of rocks?  :2guns:

Ummm ... Prometheus.. Didn't see it.. Hang on.. Wonders of the internet...

Errrr ... Weird ... You think strange Slips! ..

But maybe my bad analogy too ...

I felt like Ironman in the latest suit! ... Like Batman in the Tumbler!...

... Not like George Jetson in the original series!  ;)

I'm not knocking my GS ... Just startled in the difference between the two machines  :thumb:

Go watch the movie janx then come back to me

I watched the surgery scene on YT ...  :dunno_black:

slipperymongoose

Yeah so the robot surgery is the mt09 and tom hanks castaway self dentistry with rocks is the gs500
