I got my new mic from the USA in a little over a week and I ordered dec 31st
Some say that he submitted a $20000 expense claim for some gravel

And that if he'd write a letter of condolance he would at least spell your name right.

I find on the phone difficult but doable... Still prefer the widescreen PC experience...

I once had a parcel sent to me from Melbourne. It was address correctly but ended up being delivered to New Zealand. Somewhere wrote in bright red on it, Australia, not New Zealand and put it back in the mail.

I sent some things to Adidas that got there the next day. Over 2000 miles from OH to the West Seattle Bike Cave.

I then once had a parking ticket that I had to pay the Puerto Rican government. 3 weeks later I got a letter from the post office that my check had been shredded by a machine in Miami. I called Puerto Rico and in my best Spanish interpretation they got the letter, and I am no longer an international fugitive.

Fancy schmancy new work laptop arrived at my desk yesterday   :woohoo:

By that I mean small and reasonably light so easy to take home every night in the saddlebags and it can drive two external widescreen LCD's which is nice for the desk at work

Also has a touch screen... which is a little odd but has come in handy every now and then so far... oh and it has a SSD which is always a nice addition  :thumb:

Cannot wait to get out for a ride tomorrow... don't care if it showers or not I just wanna get out there  :icon_mrgreen:

Also fixed up the home wireless over the last week or so... we're listening to RDIO which isn't bad but you need good wireless to get it out by the pool and spa and my ancient access point wasn't up to the task.

Added an extender first which was good for the signal out to the spa, but it was still hampered by the ancient access point so while streaming music, all other traffic didn't make it through. New wireless N access point acquired and now I can stream RDIO on two separate devices and still surf the net... all while sitting in the spa  :thumb:

And posting this from the new laptop, tapatalk is ok in an emergency I guess... will stick to a PC/laptop as a preference though!

Sounds like you winning Pete!!  :thumb:

... Have to question the idea of electrical equipment use while sitting in water though?!

It's nice to have a win for a change  :thumb:

As for electrical devices near water... well they're not plugged in to 240VAC so pretty safe there I reckon... although that was only to test... typically it's just an iPhone or iPad connecting to a bluetooth speaker beside the spa... I don't typically surf the net while sitting in the spa, I prefer to relax and drink beer  :thumb:

This mongoose is on a holiday now so probably won't be round for the better part of a week. New MacBook Pro to play with and an autotechnia 3350 mic to rig into my helmet. Off to see the turtles lay eggs on the beach.

Mister, it was quite late when I arrived home so I listened to a portion of it.

But yes, I am enjoying the narration and story.

The mic Slips. The Audio-Technica ATR-3350 microphone.  :dunno_black:
I was looking at that same mic for helmet use since my DRIFT Ghost helmet mic is too easily over-driven by ambient noise.
The Audio-Technica ATR-3350 has consistently gotten bad reviews and I was wondering how it performed for you.

Please post a few comments here after you have had a chance to test it on the road.
I might buy one but only if you give it the "Slips Approval"
Thanks.
