Well we had an almost awesome ride on Sunday... I say almost because I nearly blew my head gasket and we had to skip one set of fun uphill twists and I had to short shift the rest of the day to avoid blowing it completely. Weather was almost perfect!

I know what I'm doing on the long weekend...

Seriously, you know a motorsport racing venue is right near the property you want to buy... you know it is in use... you know motorsport is not quiet... yet you still buy it anyway and then whinge about the noise! People need a good dose of reality...

I'm just commuting on mine this week but it sucks short shifting all the time, I hate babying it! Tonight the tank, exhaust, and valve cover come off to prepare for the head gasket replacement tomorrow... not looking forward to it but once it's done I can ride her properly again

-The DL1000 is my rolling couch & daily ride.
-The Harley just sits under a big cloth in the garage.
-And my Son's new WR250R Yamaha hasn't stopped long enough for me to get a turn to ride it yet.
