Didnt have the job on Saturday Pete... Was my 6th "experience" day.... And i was a little over it!!.. Only so much volunteering can be done! He had only offered paid sarurdays "soon mate"

But... 5.30 pm on Monday, he rang... One of the older drivers is tired of every week and just wants 1 official day for pocket money and fill in for sickies.

So i officially start on Monday coming!!! 3 months "casual" rated on probation then roll to f/t.. Still earn a rdo from the start tho, plus sickies and holidays!

Im pretty chuffed!

Bahahahaha!!! Last katzer did this, too...that paw would come in and the door would slide open slowly....slowly....he couldn't stand that door being closed. Privacy? That wasn't allowed with the last katzer. LOL

ive got a double lock on door. if need be. but if needed i.e. for medical, it can be forced open. when he cant get it open, i hear him grumbling meh, meh , meh, i reply wth im kinda busy here, him : MEH. love him to death. like a child. hes got his quirks but thats what makes him unique. the dogfood eating i cant explain. hes NEVER obtained wackybacky. ive gave that stuff up in the mid 90s. so thats not it lol...  its just inexplicable. or a movie quote,
"do you have an explanation for your inexplicable behavior?" cat: meh. he reminds me of fred sanford ( sanford & son, a tv show way back) spends most of day chillin, with occasional moment of weirdness.

ShowBiz!!!! Good to see you in LPW again  project progress is awesome!! I haven't got back to the shed to get the sanding done yet so I can't see paint happening on Sunday but we'll see, might be able to work something out yet!

Janxy, awesome news!!!!  Congrats mate and sounds like you're on a winner!!!

Yama... I think they all have their weird moments, as they get older they get weirder... our little stripey mummy's girl (the one in the right in my latest pic) usually doesn't stray far from mum, she's like a little munchkin... but she's becoming more and more like mum. When mum was her age, she would play games running away every time you wanted to pick her up... now little stripey mummy's girl is doing exactly the same... none of them are exhibiting weird behaviour yet except the Siamese girl who likes to sleep in the weirdest positions...

kinda like sisters cat, who will fall asleep laying down in your lap, while its back end remains standing on chair you sit in. can do this stunt for hours. if i tried to sleep standing up, id fall, as soon as i fell asleep. yet with the loss of a limb i can balance on remaining foot with ease. go figure lol.

Hahaha yep the body does some weird things some times... it's amazing how resilient it is... and yes... cats can sleep in the weirdest of positions that make you cringe but yet seem to be incredibly comfortable for them...

Spoke to the upholsterer on Thursday and apparently my seat has made it to his workbench 

And my brake bits are now all prep'd and hung ready for primer and paint which will have to be next weekend now... didn't get time to get all that finished during the week unfortunately.
