noice. btw my project err potential/planned project. nicknamed either project kneebreaker, (credit to ej for that name) or "safety third" lol ( credit steezin and wheezin for this name). is in the planning stages. will set up a separate project thread for it. it will be pic heavy and maybe youtube heavy also lol. because this has NEVER been done. finally get the chance to do it first. if it has been done its not been documented. but will have to use the idjit warning. "dont try this at home" will have to be CMA on this. but will be fun :)

Are you planning to rig the thing with an outrigger?  :whisper:

adult size training wheels are PRICY so may just be careful until i can rig one out off say 1/8" steel bent into a j shape with 2 holes. one for the axle and one for the wheel.  i took one of the semi pneumatic wheels off moms electric wheelchair. ( from the wheelie bar.) it shows minimal wear so that in itself will support it. (and me)

Hahaha cheers guys! (and gal  :icon_mrgreen:)

Yep, very happy with their work, and that red is spot on what I wanted.

It's not going to be show bike quality, I can guarantee that! But as long as it's good from 10 feet away and is neat and tidy I'll be happy.

I was lucky enough to have back to back rides on two different Kats yesterday and that was awesome, just keeps getting me more and more motivated to keep the momentum going and get mine done. Riding a stock Kat with a hotrod motor up one of my favourite sets of twisties yesterday proved just how much I need one!

Ya know Pete, I'm thinking that the final build must be the absolute best part of the kat project.
This is where all that work really starts to shine.  :thumb:

I still can't believe you stayed with the program literally for years!
Very nice,

Hahaha EJ got the photophucket treatment too!  :technical:

This Kat build is quick if compared to the 450 build ... 'tis my dream bike so I definitely gotta get 'er done!

Chucked the back wheel on last night so she rolls again and just slid the tank and cowl on to remind myself I'm building a Kat  :icon_mrgreen:
