With an educated guess.. I was always thinking Spain, just with what I've seen and read over the last few months... It tells me it's from Spain.

Mine was made in Spain: I'm Belgian.
Don't know if all european GS' were built there. I'll look into it.

I'm pretty sure they been made in Japan and China mainly the last few years or so. but then again that could just be the one's coming to the US.

Prolly... I'm thinking the bike that land in OZ are from Spain

my 2010 GS500F is made in Spain saw a December 2012 build yesterday also made in Spain, this is in Australia

AFAIK all the latest GS's are made in Spain. The older ones like mine were Japan. I COULD be wrong and often am but I am pretty sure.
