WTB: Just sold my 08 GS500F, looking for other bike in FL!

I just sold my GS500F yesterday and am looking for a new bike. 2008, no fairings, 5.2k miles on motor, $2000 cash.  It had new pads, a new front tire, and everything else on it was tip-top including no dents on the tank.

I originally bought the GS500 with a blown motor.  I replaced it and rode it around a bit.  Broke even (minus the 20+ hours I spent rebuilding or replacing every little thing that was a little off on it). 

Now I'm looking for something else that's fun to work on and that will be fun to ride for the summer while I'm on break from grad school.  I divide my time between Tallahassee and Melbourne, FL.

An old cruiser or pretty much anything that isn't rusted garbage would do.  No engine knocking.  If anyone comes across anything that's a GREAT deal, even another GS500 in the Tallahassee or Melbourne areas, I'm interested and I will pay cash!
