2005 GS500F $1400 needs a little love

The bike is located in the Kansas City area. 

It has just over 5,000 miles.  It needs a new battery, clutch, and a carb clean to make it ride-ready.  It does not currently start as the current battery will not take a charge.  I am selling this bike for my brother, and he doesn't want to invest any money in it, he just wants it sold.  He typically works 60-70 hours a week and does not have time for the bike.  It has a clean title and has never been wrecked.
