Cats own everything in the house. You have to ask if there is some area you can call your own and only then will the cat not leave paw prints and fur there.

Has he discovered toes under the covers?

Yes he has adidas. He hasn't decided on what his personality is going to be like. He is a Manx mix and looks like a little bobcat with his long back legs and no tail.
