Selling a set of 89 clip ons as I have decided to go back to the stock bar. Top plate is included along with all required screws.

I currently have drag bars on my Bike, I'm very interested in these clip-ons, but  will this make the riding position more aggressive than typical drag bars?  For me that a bonus.

Hmm... I'm not sure as I've never had the drag bars. I couldn't find anything by searching the forum either.

There are lots of types of drag bars and different definitions of them. A picture of what you have now might help someone answer your question.
