Clutch Screw Adjustment (Hot or Cold)

Should the adjustment  for the Adjusting Screw 6 be best  performed  with a  hot or cold engine?

I don't think it would matter one way or the other for this particular adjustment.  My personal preference would be "cold" ... at least cold enough so I can work comfortably around the engine without getting burned!
