Hey, all. I'm going to be installing some GSXR 1100 rearsets (thanks guys! You know who you are). I was wondering what the best handlebar set up would be. I'm not looking to hug the tank like a super sport, but I'm not opposed to being a bit more aggressive. Could I just get risers, then turn my bars over?

These are my current bars:
Blue 2004F with some fun stuff
Lunchbox, 22.5/65/147.5, Jardine, 17/39, R6 throttle, R6 shock, .85 springs, GSXR1100 rearsets, Clubmans+Rox 2" risers, T-Rex sliders, flush mount fronts, integrated LED tail, integrated LED fronts, HID Projector, blue gauge LEDs, 12V outlet

And 96.5% more wub wub

that is an idea. for a tryout, flip bars, then raise them up say an inch or 2 tops and see how it feels ;)

They are, actually lol. When I put them on, it just seemed more comfortable, and the controls seemed to fit better.

OK....then  I am seeing the picture correctly.......

But...it looks like your bars are gonna hit the tank....

With clubmans and Suburban clubmans...the bars go way forward...and they won't hit the tank when you turn sharp...(or wipe out)

It seems to me that you would do better with the stock bars if you like that position of the bars......

Or some other "not" clubman type bars that guys have used...with more rise

That's on full turn in the picture. It's extremely close, but there is clearance. I think I may give the riser idea a try. Although, with the way the bars are made, idk if it'll work out. It's worth a shot lol.

I've got clubmans with the "junkyard risers" (aka an extra pair of top clamps, flipped over, with longer bolts) and they work fine:

Bike: 1990 GS500E (Vance & Hines full system, K&N Lunchbox, BM Clubmaster bars, Katana rear shock, 0.90 Sonic Springs), 2000 ZRX1100 (Kerker slip-on)
Location: Virginia

I like my superbike bars.

I just listed some risers here that I should be putting on ebay tomorrow if no one here takes them.

98 Aztec Orange, F1R Cobra Exhaust, Jetted , Rear Hugger, Stainless Chain Guard, Sonics / Kat600, Fork Brace,
Superbike Bars, Pro Grip, Bar End Mirrors, LED conversion...

If they're not on eBay yet, I might nab those from you. How exactly do they fit on the bike?
