Yesterday i went to my first bike show with the GS.
It was great, sadly i don't know where the GS ended because only the top 3 got announced, but it was a great experience.

For now om done cleaning and polishing the bike, it's time to have some fun.
Me and my friends booked a trip to Italy next week, we are going to drive the GS for 10 days at the stelvio pass  :woohoo:

I'll have no idea what piece you're referring to unless you include one of the following: Doobly doo, thing-a-ma-jigger, or dibbledy dop.

Hey Krav thnx! Have you been to no limits already?

Last week i bought myself a "new" bike!!!!  :woohoo:
I got myself a 1000cc v-twin (Aprilia Tuono). The plan is to start a new project with the tuono.
First i'll keep the GS but maybe i will try selling it next year.

So it was quiet for a litle while...

Excellent choice for a replacement sir!  :thumb:

I've always said if I were to replace my GR it would be for an SV. I know it's not a GS, but hopefully you keep the Twins site updated with progress.... you do good work!

Thnx guys!
Already starters with a easy fix, the exhaust had some ugly spots and was way to long so my first job was to do something about that issue. So i drilled the riffets out, and grabed the saw.... And got rif of the last 100mm.

While working on it:

Did some small things to the SV last weekend.
- small blinkers
- small licenseplate holder
- tail riser 35mm
- rearset, radiator guards and passenger footsteps painted black.

We're getting there... 8)

Can't wait to see what else you've got in store for the SV!

Wondering how you've mounted the indicators on the GS? I've also got the MT-03 style headlamp but haven't figured out a tidy looking way of mounting the indicators like yours, have you just bolted straight through the bracket?
'08 GS500F: Fairings removed, MT-03 headlight, Integrated tail light, Brisk BR12ZC plugs, chuck81's Billet Fork Brace.

There is a nut mounted between the bracket and the headlight.
The holes in the headlight drilled up to 8mm so the thread of the blinkers fit in the headlight.
The headlight is only fixt af the lower 2 holes.

Last weekend finaly the ermax undertail arrived
The result af a day strugeling, because the ermax licenceplate plate holder didn't fit in any way so i customized the one i bought a view weeks ago.

And i am realy happy with rlthe result.

Today a new and wider rear wheel will arrive :woohoo: that means more updates are coming  :thumb:
