finding members locations

HEY JOHN (kinda like jimi hendrix hey joe), with 492 pages of members and maybe 100 users that are still active, is there a way to filter through and find people in certain states. im going to be receiving the baton as a NY rider and i'm assuming its going north west or maybe to those crazy canadians if we have any. so any ideas would be greatly appreciated
