Gauging Interest: Custom Bullet Pegs

I am testing the waters to check interest is customizable bullet pegs. After completing my prototype versions for myself, I have finalized the plan for a saleable version. Below are the specs:

- Billet 6061 aluminum
- Hand machined
- Black hard coat anodized base color for durability
- Secondary baked high temp color chosen by customer
- Secondary coat can be straight solid paint, or texture painted (see photo)
- Inset bullet caliber chosen by customer (subject to dummy round availability)
- Rear casings held with stainless pins
- Rubberized top coat on foot rest surface
- Dimensions: Relative to stock pegs

Lead time from order to shipping: Approx. 2 weeks
International shipping is available

would you do some without the shells, and maybe just a natural aluminum color?

I would probably be interested in a pair without shells in natural aluminium also if the price came down a touch.

I could certainly do a clear coat anodized version without anything inserted. Lead time and required quantity is still based on the company that does the anodizing. I am charged a bulk charge and it's not cost effective to do a set at a time.

They would still be hollowed out for weight, but no rear pocket.

I have interest from elsewhere as well, so I think I will be making a batch of the bare bones aluminum versions for now. Once they are all done and anodized I will set them up for sale here. I am glad you guys like the work, and will keep you posted, but look for them in about 2 weeks.
