I suddenly have a leaking oil pan, at the front under the oil filter. The bolts are tight. Can I R&R the oil pan and use a gasket material or do I need to order a new gasket?
thanks,

I have a brand new oil pan gasket if you are interested. But being it is at the front, check and make sure it isn't the oil filter cap

IF it is the gasket u really need a new one. Before i go R & R'ng anything i would confirm that by thoroughly clean ALL the area around it(including oil filter front/behind sprocket cover) and make sure the bolts are tighten to spec(12-16Nm).........see if it leaks then.
I'm doing the same thing myself at the mo.  :)
