I'm not sure if there is an interest in something like this. But here goes nothing.

I picked up a couple of these lights. I actually carry these in my service truck. But you could also get them from amazon. I will put a link at the bottom of this page.

First thing I did was drill a hole for the wires to come out. The hole is 3/16 which fits both my wires and protective sleeve. When you drill the hole be sure not to let the drill bit rub on your brake line.

The green is the protective sleeve I used. Its actually leftover from a PC build I did a few years ago. I don't like the green but its better then having the bare wire rub against the edge of that 3/16 hole.

I was going to use butt connectors but figured these would make replacing the light easier if it burns out. Decided to shorten it so I don't have such a hard time feeding the connections into the handlebar. These lights come with a grommet. But the grommet and light wont both fit into the handle bar. I found wrapping some electrical tape around the light holds it in the handlebar end perfectly

Here the light is installed not yet wired in.

As crappy as this is going to look I didn't have the connectors that I wanted to use so I had to make these.

Which gives me this

Doesn't look too bad after its wrapped up. However once my new connectors get in I intend to redo this.

Here is the light functioning properly.

I didn't use any relays or nothing. I thought about it but figured being just L.E.D it already has low power draw and being the turn signal it won't be on for very long duration's.

Any questions feel free to ask.

Here is where you can get the lights. I'm sure you can find them at other places as well. The lights come in different colors also if you're into that.  Blue/red/clear/amber/green. purple I think.

If you are interested in another color but cannot find them let me know I can get you the specific part number.

That's a pretty sweet idea. They look good. You should definitely let us know if they dampen the bar vibrations fairly well. If they do, I'm on board to give it a shot.

Yes yes yes and yes. I'm taking this idea because it's so ungodly sweet. and since my bike has clip ones I may not even have to drill holes :D
