Headlong bracket turning away to easy

Any ideas or a simple solution to prevent the headlight brackets from turning away from each other during riding? I'm not sure how to describe it the bracket is on the forks and swivels so thus pushing my headlights away from each other here is a few pictures hopefully someone understand me lol

Maybe drill holes in the brackets and use threaded rod and nuts
